Terms & Conditions
Please note:
Rates shown below are as at January 2012 and may be subject to change without notice.
1. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due on arrival.
2. Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival.
3. Check in is from 13h00 - 21h00. Check out time is 10h00 except by prior arrangement with the owner. Please note that there is a R150 cover charge for arrivals later than 21h00.
4. No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.
5. Payment may be made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club), EFT, Direct deposits and Cheques drawn under a South African bank accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.
6. Once deposits have been recieved, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking

More than 29 days prior to arrival : 0% cancellation fee

Between 21 – 28 days : 25% cancellation fee

Between 14 – 21 days : 50% cancellation fee

Between 7 – 14 days : 75% cancellation fee

Less than 7 days : 100% cancellation fee
